Fair Usage
Call Fusion is committed to providing a reliable and high-performing experience for all users. To ensure this, we enforce a Fair Usage Policy that limits activities that can negatively affect the availability, integrity, or performance of our services. This includes but is not limited to: rapid or repeated automated queries, bot abuse, bulk messaging, frequent triggering of alerts beyond normal thresholds, or excessive API usage beyond allowed limits.
The platform is designed to serve a wide range of users equitably. Abuse of our bots, data services, or notification systems that degrade performance for others is strictly prohibited. Users found in breach of this policy may be subject to usage throttling, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
Fair usage also applies to trial accounts and promotional features. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limitations or exploit system features is not allowed. We monitor usage trends to detect anomalies and reserve the right to take action where necessary. Our goal is to ensure every user has access to accurate, timely, and fair services within the intended scope of their subscription.
If you believe your usage has been mistakenly restricted, you can appeal by contacting our support team through the Help Center. We review cases promptly and aim to resolve issues fairly and transparently.
